I sent out a request for a quote for a failing ejector pump. I got a call back almost immediately from U.S. Allied. They set up an appt for Monday with Howard. Service was prompt and diagnosed the problem as a failing check valve. Howard replaced only the check valve and the system was working great. Howard was great to work with and got the job completed very timely and was super clean. Appreciate all his hard work!!

Had a water heater with power vent and a thermo expansion tank installed. The office staff was very professional and courteous. Plumber Matt performed the install and also was very professional with great quality of work. I quoted about 10 plumbers and they were the best overall quote with an added bonus of exceptional service.

Alex did an excellent job! Positioned the new water heater so that the controls would be accessible, added vertical run in the vent line for improved draft, added an expansion tank, explained very clearly what routine maintenance is recommended. Looking forward to the next project with US Allied!

US Allied responded very quickly. Howard came to the house and was super professional and efficient. Fixed the problem and left everything better than new. Will call US Allied and Howard again.

Howard did an excellent job with the faucet install. He gave some good advice and instruction and would be happy to have him return in the future.

We had a significant leak coming from the main in the basement Howard from US Allied came out with an hour to help. He was able to band aid fix the leak until the correct part can be ordered so it can be replaced properly. We are super thankful for his friendly, honest professional service we would highly recommend. Follow up: US Allied came back out Monday morning as promised to replace the valve where the main comes into the house. Kyle did an amazing job he was informative, fast and super funny. Kyle is super friendly type of guy he is the kinda guy you wanna go and crack open a beer with after work just a great attitude. He explained everything he was going to do in detail so there wouldn't be any surprises. He even took the time to replace a spigot for me while he was here. Amazing job I stick by my statement I would highly recommend

Alex G. was such a great technician! He arrived on time as the dispatcher stated. I told him my issue, he provided me few recommendations to prevent service calls in near future and he got the job done at reasonable price!! He was very professional, he didn't come off as a " I'm trying to sell you something guy". Just a very genuine guy who worked with a purpose, to make sure the job was done accurately but with quality behind it! Nice to see this company is close to home too! I will definitely use them again in future!

Howard Gordon was the best technician we have ever had do work on our house. He's an expert plumber. Patient, thorough, methodical and willing to explain every step while he replaced 2 toilets. Howard took measurements before special ordering the proper toilets, then picked them up and installed both in 2 hours time! We highly recommend US Allied Plumbing, and highly suggest to ask for Howard to be the tech assigned to the job.
